About Performance Ticket Printers
PTP is a small family business run by John Arnold and his sister Ruth Heasman. John does a bunch of techie stuff that you really don't want him to try and explain unless you have trouble sleeping. Ruth is our design guru and is almost single handedly responsible for the massive selection of ticket templates.
Day to day operations are run by office manager Austin. He runs the office, makes sure the printers and cutters keep going, and keeps Helen and Karen topped up with tea and biscuits.
The main tasks of ticket setting and printing are performed by Helen and Karen. Austin, Helen or Karen are most likely the people you'll talk to on the phone and they're the ones who really know what's going on.
